What you get

- 7 SHS column base plates: SHS 50, 65, 75, 89, 100, 125 and 150, with M12, M16 or M20 holes (bolt + 2 mm). Edge distances are at least 1.75 × bolt diameter (AS 4100 minimum for sheared or hand flame-cut edges), with the SHS outline on a layout layer.

- 6 gussets: 75 to 300 mm legs, square corner sniped to sit over the root weld.

- 4 welding squares: 100, 150, 200 and 300 mm 90° squares with a corner notch for the weld bead and clamp holes.

Good to know

- Units are mm (DXF R2010). Layers: CUT, HOLES, MARK (layout only) and NOTES.

- There's no kerf offset or lead-ins, so set those in your CAM. Plate thickness isn't built in.

- The base plates are typical shop layouts, not an engineered design. Plate thickness, welds, bolt grade and anchors come from your engineer or job drawing.
