What's inside

• Listing Audit Scorer (Excel / Google Sheets). One row per listing. It checks title length against each platform's limit, word count, your main keyword's position, photo count and size, attributes or item specifics filled, the keyword field (Etsy tags, Amazon Search Terms, Shopify meta description, eBay title space) and 5 description sections. Score out of 100, grade A-D and a "Fix this first" note.
• Platform Rules tab with the limits the scorer uses, checked against Etsy, Amazon, Shopify and eBay's own help pages on 5 Nov 2026. It includes Amazon's 75-character title rule for non-media categories from 27 July 2026 and its restricted title characters. All editable, so you can update it when a platform changes its rules.
• Keyword Research & Placement Planner. Score each phrase for relevance, demand and competition and the planner tells you where it goes: front of title, tag or bullet, or search terms. It also flags phrases too long for a 20-character Etsy tag.
• A/B Test Log. Change one thing, compare equal periods. Works out conversion, lift and a cautious verdict (KEEP RUNNING until there's enough data).
• Bulk Listing Tracker. Every listing on every platform with its audit score, next review date, and flags for low scores or views with no orders.
• Dashboard. Average score per platform, grades, titles over the limit, tests and reviews due.
• 14-page PDF guide. Quick start, how marketplace search treats a listing, platform rules with official sources, keyword research without paid tools, photo checklist, 24 title templates and 8 description, bullet and keyword-field templates, A/B testing and a weekly routine.
