Next level amazing!!!

Hi! I bought your chickpea cookbook and it says to send recipe pictures and feedback, so here I am!
I made the garlic hummus and then the creamy roasted garlic hummus rotini and it was next level amazing! I didn’t have rotini, so I subbed in edamame spaghetti and it worked really well. I also roasted some beets, garlic, turnips, carrots, and red and white potatoes to go with it.
Everyone here loved your recipe! And frankly I was so happy to have the hummus recipe because I’m a garlic fiend and needed to measure it more officially since I usually make it too strong for everyone here.
Thank you for this cookbook, it’s amazing!

100% delicious.

These recipes are so easy to make. The roasted garlic hummus and crispy cumin chickpeas are my two favorite recipes. Plus, the grain goddess salad is perfect for my on-the-go lunch....
