During this 6 week course you will learn how to gently move through various postures
designed to make you feel energised and confident.
Each week will build on the last as we move from learning basic postures such as
downward facing dog to attempting the basics of hand balacing techniques.
This course is designed for those who have never attempted Yoga before or for those
looking to build on an established practice.
Classes are every Thursday evening at 7.30 and last approximatly 50 minutes.
There will be a 5 - 10 minute guided relaxation at the end
