The HIRE ME NOW Program is a unique, step-by-step program designed to empower job seekers by teaching them how to craft their own ATS-optimized resumes. This program ensures every resume is customized and keyword-optimized to pass ATS filters and capture the attention of hiring managers. In addition to resume writing, the program provides tools and strategies for creating an effective job search plan and mastering interview preparation, giving participants the confidence to secure their next opportunity.

The total time commitment is approximately 4 hours across four personalized sessions, plus additional pre-work and homework.

We have intentionally reduced the price of the program to assist as many job seekers as possible. With thousands of layoffs reported in California and homelessness increasing significantly since COVID, this program is designed to help as many people as possible.

Yes! While working with you 1:1, I will guide you on how to write your own ATS-optimized resume. This ensures that not only do you walk away with a professional resume, but you also gain the skills to confidently update it in the future.
7. Will this program guarantee me a job?
While I can’t guarantee you’ll secure a job, this program is designed to significantly increase your chances of success by equipping you with the right tools, strategies, and confidence to navigate the job search process effectively.
8. Do you offer LinkedIn optimization?
No, this program focuses exclusively on ATS-friendly resumes, job search strategies, and interview preparation. LinkedIn optimization is not included.
9. Are payments refundable?
Payments are non-refundable. However, I am fully committed to providing you with the personalized support and value you need to achieve success in your job search.

11. Referrals
If you refer someone to the program and they sign up (and do not qualify for the special grant), you will receive a $50 credit toward your participation in the program after successfully completing it.
