This richly illustrated hardcover first edition of Québec Kitchen Abroad: Recipes & Food Stories from Canada’s Belle Province Revisited in the Antipodes brings together recipes and stories that celebrate Québec’s culinary heritage through a creative lens. Written and photographed by Annemarie Bolduc, a francophone Québécoise living in Australia’s High Country, the book brings French-Canadian comfort food to life with warmth and authenticity.

This first edition is a 288-page high-quality hardcover book. It features over 80 recipes, woven together with stories, regional insights, and photography that capture the spirit of Québec cuisine from an expat perspective.

Australia-wide shipping is available for a flat rate of $19.95 per order of 1 or 2 books.

International shipping may be available on request. Please get in touch before ordering to discuss options and costs.

Orders containing more than 2 books may require additional shipping charges. If applicable, you will be contacted before your order is processed.
