Bonjour! I’m Annemarie Bolduc, a designer and food storyteller from Canada living in Australia’s High Country. Through my studio, Bottle and Brush and blog Snowy Foodie, I blend my love of photography, gardening, and seasonal cooking.


Québec Kitchen is a growing collection that celebrates the memories and flavours of La Belle Province from wherever the kitchen may be. Today, I am pre-launching the first eBook edition exclusively on this platform, and in 2026, Québec Kitchen Abroad will also be released as an EPUB and in print, including a compact edition.
