Bonjour! I’m Annemarie Bolduc, a designer and food storyteller from Canada living in Australia’s High Country. Through my studio, Bottle and Brush and blog Snowy Foodie, I blend my love of photography, gardening, and seasonal cooking.


Québec Kitchen is a growing body of work celebrating the memories and flavours of La Belle Province, wherever the kitchen may be. The project is currently available as a richly illustrated PDF edition, with Québec Kitchen Abroad also being prepared as an EPUB and a hardcover print edition, scheduled for 2026.
