IFS Chair Meditation Script: Internal Family Systems (Digital Download)

The Chair Meditation uses an Internal Family Systems framework to get to know a part, and improve the Self-to-part trust and relationship. Using this script you can record yourself reading it so as to participate in the meditation with your eyes closed, or use to guide others through the chair meditation.
