Book Review - June 19, 2020 I just finished reading “Elijah and George- a Revolutionary Tale,” and I am so excited that young people will learn about this chapter of American history through this well written book. Not only does the story capture you, but the illustrations and characters help tell the story through movement, colors and expressions. I have always been a fan of Michael Dooling's books and this one is now one of my favorite. He has a way of making his stories come to life and young people not only enjoy his storytelling but they learn a great deal of history in the process. I can’t wait to see the movie!
