Should Christian Accept Paul's Writing as a Word of God?

“Who really decided that the writings of Paul be considered as the word of God, what's the reason, and did Paul know it?” as a Bible believing Christian my immediate response was that, “as a Bible believing Christian I believe that God inspired the 13 epistles of Paul in the New Testament. (see, 2 Tim 3:16-17; 2 Pet 1:19-21)." Thus, if God inspired the author therefore, Paul’s writings are considered as a word of God.
