Hello & Welcome Honeybunches,
Here is the second instalment of the HBOT Journal - a creative celebration of expression and the human experience. In this issue, I dive further into my personal introverted world to bring you honest reflections and stories with a groovy vibe. I chat about and share my favourite films, my GAP year experience, journal extracts, phoebe-teen-memorabilia, skin saviours, and a whole lot more.
It's a 23-page little mag, with juicy content and pleasing vibes, bubbling over all edges.
As usual, you'll find delicious, nourishing recipes of the plant-based variety that don't taste like soil, and will win your taste buds over to liking a few intense ingredients. Be brave - the rewards are worth it.
I've also included a long-awaited HBOT Lookbook - featuring some of my casual everyday quirky outfits. Nothing fancy, but oh-so-groovy when placed in an electronic collage wonderland!
Pardon the familiar cliche of I have poured my heart and soul into this, but I truly am so pleased (perfectionist side included) with the outcome of this little creative passion project.
Your support means the world, and if I could send an epic veggie lasagna, followed by a vegan pavlova as a thank you I would.
If you would like to offer a request for future HBOT Journals, say hey or just need to vent about something I talk about in this issue, feel free to get in touch through
