When you buy a kit you will receive the printed pattern, yarn, and the number of stitch markers required for the pattern, all packaged in a gorgeous aluminium tin with a hinged lid.
Gnarly Roots was designed especially for HeartSpun DK yarn and is a cowl that uses reversible cables, so each side of the cowl is different! If you can't decide which side you like best, why not make the moebius version that is also included in the pattern?!
Yarn: HeartSpun DK (70% Bluefaced Leicester, 30% Tencel, 250m/100g), 1 x 100g in either Marmalade or Duck Egg (you choose).
Yarn usage: 73 (80)g, for regular (moebius) cowl
Stitch markers: 13 bulb pin markers, including 1 contrasting
Needles required: 4mm (US 8), 60cm circular for regular cowl, 80-100cm circular with short tips for moebius cowl,
Notions required: 4mm cable needle
