Each day of the meal plan adds up to your total number of macronutrients and calories. You can easily repeat a whole day from the meal plan for as many days as you want. However, this meal plan is already designed for ease of use, as you will only have to prepare 7 unique recipes per week. It's not recommended to mix and match meals from different days.
