This is an 18 panel Victorian-inspired demi-bust corset pattern with a beautiful conical curve to accentuate your waist. ALSO INCLUDES A 25 PAGE DOCUMENT OF CORSET CONSTRUCTION NOTES!
Note – a 2'' back gap is factored into this pattern. If you would prefer a closed corset, add 1'' to each centre back panel 8.
The corset length measures 38cm (15'') at the front and 38cm (15'') at the back. The rib shaping is conical and the sizing makes it advantageous for those with small under-bust to bust measurements (note - the under-bust is smaller than my usual pattern measurements).
This pattern is drafted in AutoCAD and downloadable as a pdf file - you will need to print out on size A (letter) or A4 paper, making sure 'actual size' is ticked in your print dialogue box.
A toile must always be made to check the fit of corset patterns – at this stage you can take in the smaller of your measurements and transfer these amendments to your pattern to ensure a perfect fitting corset! You will also be able to test the length of the corset at the toile stage - lengthen or shorten just above the waist.
