Why a membership?
From 2020 to 2025, I have offered free recordings of my meditations and after five years I have decided to charge a small fee for them because it takes a long time for me to write, record and upload each creation so I have now decided to charge a small fee per listen.
About Me
I started out as a meditation teacher in 2016 and have held monthly sessions in Ripon, North Yorkshire since then. Meditation has helped me get through difficult times and I am a huge advocate for both meditation and mindfulness for a peaceful life. In 2025 I trained as a Crystal Bowl practitioner and now add this service to my meditations and Reiki treatments.
