No, these sessions and any follow-up material fall under the purview of coaching and consulting, and are not therapeutic. I am not able to treat or diagnose any condition or work with trauma, and it is the responsibility of the client to seek support from a licensed professional if any concerns around mental or physical health arise during this work.
I am available for brief email support between sessions.
During our first session, we'll determine the pacing that works best for you. For example, if you are wishing to deepen into your personal practice, then a bi-weekly schedule offers more time for you to explore the work. If you are a professional looking to start implementing ecosomatic techniques with your clients, then weekly sessions may be more appropriate. We'll work together to find what best fits.
