Seeds for Change: how to save seeds & fight climate change recording (pay what you can, but suggested donation $5)

Growing your own food is a great way to not only improve your physical and mental health, but it also can help combat the climate crisis in a variety of ways. Additionally, gardening can help you connect with your local community. I believe that everyone who wants to grow their own food should be able to, regardless of their resources. Seed saving and sharing is an excellent way to achieve this, as well as provide local access to fresh fruit and vegetables.

In this workshop, you'll learn:

  • Why it's important to save seeds
  • Ways to store seeds
  • How to save seeds from fruit/vegetables such as: peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini/squash, melons, some herbs, and leafy greens
  • How and where to share seeds in your community

This workshop is FREE and open to anyone who wants to learn how to save seeds, build community, and fight the climate crisis. Suggested donation of $5 to help support my work and keep content free is appreciated!

With this download, you'll receive a link to the workshop recording, and view-only access to the PowerPoint presentation slides.
