When a client knows something is bothering them but doesn't quite know where to begin, Navigating the Moment™ gives the conversation somewhere to go.

Navigating the Moment™ is an interactive, therapist-guided clinical tool designed to help adults slow down and work through difficult everyday experiences such as mistakes, regret, rejection, uncertainty, guilt, boundaries, self-doubt, difficult decisions, hard days, and challenging conversations.

Rather than requiring clients to immediately explain exactly what they are feeling or why, the experience provides multiple ways into the conversation. Clients can choose what is bothering them directly or use the interactive Navigation Wheel when everything feels tangled or difficult to name.

Once an experience is selected, therapist and client can move through a structured processing pathway that helps explore what happened, what belongs to the client, what may be outside their control, what can be done now, and what healing or acceptance may look like moving forward.
