Master Henna Flowers Step by Step Practice Workbook

This is a beginner friendly practice workbook designed to help you build confidence, control, and consistency in henna design through structured step by step learning.

Inside this workbook, you will learn how to construct a complete henna flower from start to finish. You will be guided through the full process including how to build the centre shape, create balanced swirl structures, form evenly spaced bumps, and layer petals to create a full floral design.

You will also learn how to add depth through simple shading techniques, how to refine your design by thickening edges, and how to bring your flower to life with clean finishing details.

The workbook also teaches you how to create and practice leaves step by step, starting from simple stems and building into full leaf shapes. You will also explore how small changes in petal shape and angle can completely change the final design, helping you develop creativity and variation in your work.

This is a digital product.

I recommend using a henna cone filled with acrylic paint while practising on acrylic paper or tracing sheets. This allows you to repeat designs as many times as you need and easily correct mistakes. If you do not have acrylic paint, you can also practise using natural henna. In fact, practising with real henna is one of the best ways to understand flow, pressure, and control.
