About the Creator
Kanessa Miller Doss, Ph.D. is attempting to make biblical sense of her perfectly imperfect life. She knows personally the balancing act of pursuing a deeper connection with God, managing multiple roles with her family, and striving for success as a tenure-track faculty with administrative roles at a regional university. Kanessa is an associate professor of psychology credentialed as a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) and National Certified Counselor (NCC). She has previously served as Director of Family and Children Ministries and currently serves as a Children Worship and Wonder Trainer for the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). She is journeying through life with her supportive husband, Willie, and four amazing children.
