Staff covered by the licence may use, print and adapt the included resources for internal professional practice and for learners, families and school-improvement activities they directly support. The resources may be stored in a secure internal location accessible only to the licensed team.

The files may not be shared with another school, campus, branch, organization or external user; redistributed or resold; uploaded publicly; sublicensed; or used across a multi-school network.
