Still Working on Mama
An additional 8 weeks of training to follow on from the original 'Working with Mama' guide. In this guide you will get 4 workouts a week (totally up to you if you do them all) that are no longer than 40 minutes each. You will have the continue support of the WhatsApp group and access to video demonstrations of all of the warm ups. mobility drills, workouts, cool downs and some bonus features, such as press up progressions.
This is about a lifestyle change and continuing on your physical and mental journey.
