My very first guide...THE FIT FILES! This guide is for gym goers of all levels! No matter how much experience you have or don't have, you can benefit from the guide. We cover everything from mental health and mindset to healthy food choices and sustainable eating habits to of course a 4 week workout program centered upon progressive overload and hypertrophy. These workouts won't make you tOnE Up yOuR MusCLeS and they won't make you get BiG And bUlkY either. NO, that's the beauty of a program like this. It can be done anytime, at any portion of your fitness journey, to work towards any goal. This program will build muscle and strength! You will also be burning a great deal of calories. If you have a physical physique goal, this program will need to be supplemented with the proper nutrition and eating habits that correlate with that goal. (P.S. We talk all about what these eating habits would look like for many goals in this eBook too.)
But wait, only 4 weeks of workouts? Why would you buy this guide when there's others out there offering 8-20+ weeks of workouts? Well, you know what my favorite part about this entire guide is? At the end, I give you the tools so you can learn how to create your own workouts! This guide is a lifetime guide! Is this great from a future sales standpoint when I release new guides? Probably not the best. But I care more about giving you the tools, knowledge, and confidence in the gym that you need to create your best self and "BE ABOVE."
