Andwat Garage Reset: Inventory Spreadsheet, Bin Labels & Packing Checklist

Record what is in each bin and where it belongs. andwat Garage Reset pairs an editable inventory spreadsheet with labels you fill in by hand and a checklist for organizing each bin or box.

The inventory has fields for item, location/bin, quantity, your reorder point, automatic status, and unit/notes. Enter your own quantities and thresholds. LOW appears when quantity is at or below your reorder point; OK appears above it. CHECK flags a missing, text or negative quantity or reorder point. Status stays blank until an item name is entered.

WHAT YOU NEED

- A device that can download and extract a ZIP file.

- Spreadsheet software that can edit XLSX files and calculate IF, OR, NOT, ISBLANK and ISNUMBER formulas, with automatic calculation enabled.

- A PDF reader. To use the printed pages, you will also need a printer, matching A4 or US Letter paper, scissors and something to write with.

BEFORE YOU BUY

- This is a digital download. Software, physical labels and printing materials are not included.

- The prepared spreadsheet formulas cover exactly 100 item rows. Extra rows are not included in the setup. Keep the status formulas in column E intact and edit columns A-D and F.

- Quantities and reorder points must be non-negative numbers in the same unit. Decimal quantities are allowed. LOW is a reminder to review stock; the workbook does not place orders.

- The PDFs are printable blanks for handwriting, not fillable forms. Labels are designed for plain paper, not a particular pre-cut adhesive label sheet. Print at 100% / actual size and check a test page before printing more.

- Spreadsheet formulas and layout were checked in the file-authoring engine. Native Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers and LibreOffice compatibility has not been verified. No specific app or version is certified. Do not rely on displayed status if your app shows formula errors or does not recalculate.

- PDF page sizes and on-screen rendering were checked. Physical printer output has not been tested.

LICENSE SUMMARY

Your purchase grants a non-exclusive license to use and edit the templates for your own household or business, make backups, print copies for that use, and share working copies within that household or business.

You may not sell, sublicense or redistribute the templates as a product, offer blank or modified templates for public download, or include them in another distributed template pack or digital product. You retain ownership of the inventory information you enter and may share that information separately from the reusable templates. Template ownership remains with andwat.
