This document of five pages, is designed to "assist" California private patrol operator qualified manager applicants who are unable to secure a signature on the declaration page of the "Private Patrol Operator Qualified Manager Qualifying Experience" form (both pages of form 31A-8) due to their employer/previous employer's refusal. By "assist," I am referring to this document as being used ONLY as an example when drafting a similiar response to BSIS (Bureau of Security and Investigative Services).
This supplemental document will show you how I document my "reasonable attempts" to secure my (ficticious) former/current employer's signature. This supplmental will also show you (as an example) how I proved my experience through obtaining particular employment documents.
