Snowflake Governance Starter Kit — masking & row access templates

Prepare role-based email masking and region row-access policies with an ownership register, recurring access-review checklist and an isolated-account test procedure. The kit separates privileged setup from policy deployment and tests authorized, redacted, disabled and unmapped access. Enterprise Edition or higher is required. Customize and validate every policy in your own non-production environment before considering production use. This is a starter template package, not a compliance certification or audit.

These exact templates passed all ten runbook subchecks (masking, fail-closed row access, policy associations, mapping revocation and fixture rollback) in an isolated Enterprise Edition trial account in October 2026; the same runbook ships in the kit so you can re-validate in your own account.
