Neurodivergent Workplace Toolkit Reflection, Needs Mapping, and Accommodation Support
This Neurodivergent Workplace Toolkit is a guided, self-paced resource designed to help neurodivergent adults reflect on their needs, clarify what supports them best at work, and prepare for accommodation conversations with greater confidence.
Rather than focusing on diagnoses or labels, this toolkit centers lived experience — sensory needs, energy patterns, communication preferences, and environmental supports.
Inside the toolkit, you’ll find:
- A structured reflection process to identify what helps and what hinders you at work
- Practical prompts for understanding sensory, cognitive, and social needs
- Tools to organize accommodation ideas in clear, usable language
- A supportive, non-pathologizing approach that honors neurodivergent experience
This resource is ideal for:
- Neurodivergent adults navigating work stress or burnout
- Individuals preparing for accommodation requests
- Therapists, coaches, or advocates supporting neurodivergent clients
You can move through the toolkit in order or use individual sections as needed. There is no “right” way to complete it.
