I am often asked questions from individuals about how to calculate macros and protein needs, nutrition periodisation, fat loss, reverse dieting, how to fit in fun foods as well as nutrient-dense foods, step counts, building healthy habits, and more.


This guide, in conjunction with your custom individualised deficit and maintenance macro calculations, is a starting point to help you on your own flexible dieting and macro-counting journey. It contains everything I wish I’d had in one guide at the start of my own journey! There is so much information out there, but I hope that this guide gives you a better understanding of how you can enjoy eating the foods you love everyday while still reaching your goals!


What will you receive?

  • 15-page Meal Plan Examples...Inspiration to Help You Hit Your Macros guide with meal plan examples for 1500, 1700, 1900, 2000, 2100, 2300, 2500, 2800, 3200 and 3500 calories
  • Navigating Your Nutrition guide with tips for dining out at restaurants and eating on the go, and a handy list of restaurants and food chains that offer their nutritional information online
  • Daily Habit Tracker (included in Getting Started guide)
  • Weekly Progress Tracker (included in Getting Started guide)
  • Custom individualised deficit (fat loss) and maintenance macros, as well as macros for if you choose to increase or reduce your activity level and comprehensive personalised recommendations (see below for how to receive these):
  • You will receive an email link within 24-48hrs to a She Snacks: Calculate My Macros! questionnaire to return
  • Email within 7 days of returning your questionnaire (usually only 24-48hrs) with your custom individualised macros (protein, carbohydrates, fats, fibre) for maintenance (maintaining weight) and deficit (fat loss) for your current activity level, as well as macro options for if you choose to increase or decrease your activity level

HOW DO I GET MY CUSTOM MACROS?

Upon purchase, you will receive a link to download and save your Getting Started...A Guide to Flexible Dieting & Macros, Navigating Your Nutrition, Meal Plan Examples...Inspiration to Help You Hit Your Macros guide to your computer/phone/device. You will receive a SEPARATE EMAIL with a link to a Google Forms She Snacks: Calculate My Macros! questionnaire (usually within 24-48hrs) to enter the information required for me to calculate your macros. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ENTER THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS ON THIS QUESTIONNAIRE AS YOU HAVE USED WHEN PURCHASING.


After you have completed and sent in your form, please allow up to 7 days (but usually 24-48hrs) for your custom individualised macros to arrive to your inbox (please also save the She Snacks email address when you receive your questionnaire link and check your junk folder). While you’re waiting, have a thorough read through your Getting Started guide, as it contains a wealth of comprehensive information to get you started. Then it's up to you to get started on your flexible dieting journey!
