FAQ

Which software do I need? Excel 2010 or later for the model, any word processor for the DOCX files, and any PDF reader for the forms.

Does it work in Google Sheets? The formulas use standard functions, so the file opens and calculates in Google Sheets. Check the three charts and the drop-downs after import, as small display differences can occur.

Can I edit everything? Yes. Blue cells are inputs, yellow cells are key assumptions, and the Word files are fully editable. Replace [bracketed] fields with your own details.

Is this a physical product or a refundable item? It is a digital download. Nothing is shipped. Refund rules follow the store policy for digital products, so check it before you buy.

Who is it for? Executive housekeepers, rooms division managers, floor supervisors, and owners of small hotels or serviced apartments with in-house housekeeping.

Are the credit minutes official standards? No. They are illustrative defaults. Time your own rooms and enter your standards on the Settings tab.
