
Vertical Jump Program Phase 1
The Vertical Jump Program phase 1 is the first phase of the Vertical Jump program series. During this 4 week program you focus on building strength, building movement patterns, building elasticity and explosiveness. This foundation will set you up for phases to come.
Phase 1 includes:
- 2 training sessions per week (8 total)
- mobility training
- core training
- plyometrics
- strength training
- complex training ( combining strength and plyometrics to increase explosive movements such as jumping)
+ Core circuit bonus
- The core circuit bonus are two different core workouts that you can do on rest days. These workouts are designed to build an athletic core. We work on stabilization, rotational power, flexion and extension of the core and more.
