I started out using the VJP phase 1. Even though I had some basic training experience, this program boosted my performance a lot. I gained about 2-3 inches during the 4 week program

In search of a new way of training I found out about the training programs from Swish. I have repeated the VJP phase 1 two times and I am still making progress. If your goal is to get more athletic I recommend these programs!
