Phase 1+2 package
This package includes both phase 1 and phase 2 of the vertical jump program. During these 8 weeks you will increase your strength, power and explosiveness gradually. The program focuses on building the foundation during the first 4 weeks, to then use that foundation to really max out your potential in the last 4 weeks.
Phase 1+2 includes:
- 8 weeks of training
- 2 sessions per week
- mobility training
- strength training
- core training
- plyometric training
