The Athlete Strength Program is a 6 week program that focuses on making you a stronger and more powerful athlete. This program is for any level athlete that wants to become more resilient in their sport. The program can be repeated as many times as you would like.
The program consist of 3 phases. Each phase is repeated twice.There are three workouts per week that consist of:
- CNS prep: explosive movement that primes you for the heavy strength work
- Main strength portion: Lowerbody and upperbody lifts
- Accessory work: Extra hypertrophy work that supplements the big lifts of that day
