Phase 2 of the vertical jump program series is a more advanced program. The exercises and the volume in this program is for more advanced lifters and will require a foundation of training experience (see Phase 1).

In this phase we will use this foundation to max out on strength, keep the volume lower and build elite explosiveness.




Phase 2 includes:

  • 2 training sessions per week (8 total)
  • mobility training
  • core training
  • plyometrics
  • strength training focused on max strength
  • complex training ( combining strength and plyometrics to increase explosive movements such as jumping)


All exercises have links to my video library where you can find the right execution for every exercise.
