Zentangle Inspired Classroom Newsletter Issue 2

If you haven't heard of Zentangle and if you have not started utilizing it in your classroom, then this is great place to start!

Zentangle is an art form that takes away the possibility of mistakes and helps students focus on repetitive patterns while relaxing and releasing stress. 

This is issue 2 of the newsletter
* Print front and back (1 sheet for each student so no massive copy trail)
* Cover sheet, blank box collection sheet is included for students to create a journal to start collecting their favorite patterns as they find them!
* Chance for students to get their work published in future issues!

It was amazing to watch my students grow in self confidence, and explore their creative sides. I even saw them tangle on the corners of their standardized tests when they got overwhelmed! 

In issue two students receive a student-created work of art (send in theirs for their chance in a future issue!), how to create the pattern crevice, another pattern step-out, how to make a dew drop, and tangled hand activity.

Can be used from Kinder up to 12th but the actual booklet would need an independent reader to read on their own. But you could definitely walk the younger kids through it and let them try the more basic concepts.
