Discover the power of your breath in a private, guided session designed just for you. Whether online or face-to-face, 1:1 breathwork offers a safe and supportive space to release stress, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.


Each session is tailored to your needs—whether you’re seeking clarity, emotional release, or simple relaxation. Together, we’ll use conscious breathing techniques to gently move energy through the body, creating space for calm, balance, and renewal.


Join from the comfort of your home, or meet in person for an immersive experience. Your journey unfolds in three parts:

  • Arriving in the body through grounding — settling in, connecting with yourself, and creating a safe space.
  • The guided breathwork journey — using conscious breathing techniques to release, explore, and restore.
  • Rest, integration, and reflection — allowing time to relax, absorb, and carry the benefits forward.
