The pattern comes with full instructions for knitting and finishing a mole with knitted on tights/pantyhose and shoes and a removable dress.
The file contains over 50 detailed step-by-step photographs along with full pattern instructions and tips for stuffing, seaming and finishing neatly.
The Mole is knitted flat with worsted weight yarn on 3mm needles and 4ply/fingering weight yarn on 2.5mm for the shoes, legs and lower body. All pieces are seamed afterwards.
The dresses are knitted flat using fingering/4ply yarn on 2.75mm needles and seamed. One is knitted in two colours in stranded colour-work and the other in a single colour with a textured design.
What you will need:
Materials:
• Worsted or light Aran yarn (approx 40m/44yds) in black or very dark grey: Yarn A
• Worsted or light Aran yarn (approx 1m/1yd) in grey: Yarn B (optional)
• Worsted or light Aran yarn (approx 20m/22yds) in pink: Yarn C
• 4ply/fingering weight yarn for the dress, knickers and shoes in up to 2 colours, Yarn D, Yarn E, Yarn F
• Less than 1m (1yds) of black 4ply/DK yarn for the eyes, less than 1m of red yarn for the nose and scraps of brown /grey for facial features
• Toy stuffing
