N+F BUNDLE: MUSCLE BUILDING PROGRAM
Welcome to my first Nutrition + Fitness Bundle! I'm going to be making a series of these, but my first one is Muscle Building. If you are like me 3 years ago, not knowing much about how to properly train and nourish your body, and struggling to see any form of definition/results, then this program is for you! With this bundle, you will get a full, 4-day split targeting all the main muscles, visual aid beside them, as well as a mini cookbook of high-protein recipes that can be easily recreated with products you most likely already have at home! I also included a section about my top recommendations on how I found easiest to track both my fitness and nutrition progress, as well as some quick, dense snack ideas that keep me full throughout the day and contribute to my protein goal, as I think we all know that struggle:,).
