Hey, I'm Aleks! I'm a 19 year old weightlifter from Poland, starting my fitness journey 3 years ago. Throughout this time, I have learnt a lot about fitness, optimal ways to workout, and nutrition, both from personal trainers and my own experience and trial and error.
