In this dumbbell-only workout plan you will find a 4 day split targeting all the main muscle groups. It will be divided into pull (back and biceps), glutes and hamstrings, push (chest, shoulders, and triceps), and quads. All the exercises either require dumbbells, or simply bodyweight. If you are suffering from gym anxiety, or are unable to go to the gym/use machines - this plan is for you! You could even use this when you're on vacation and want to stay active while relaxing;). If you don't have any dumbbells, you could use a filled water bottle, or anything of a similar size, shape, and weight. Every exercise is thoroughly explained (using both written and visual aid), this plan being suitable even for the youngest beginners!
