STRETCHING, CORE, AND CARDIO PLAN
In this stretching, core, and cardio program, you will find a comprehensive list of stretches that target the whole body, a full core circuit, as well as multiple cardio routines for the stair-master, elliptical, and treadmill. All of the stretching and core exercises don't require any equipment, however a mat/soft surface is recommended, as well as some weights (could even be a water bottle!) in case you would like to increase the intensity of the core exercises. This plan is specifically targeted to people with a sedentary lifestyle/office jobs, gymnasts/dancers that want to improve or maintain their flexibility, as well as people that experience chronic back pain, joint pain, or are recovering from an injury. However, this plan is of course not limited to these specific cases, as properly warming up/cooling down your muscles is a must when training, in order to avoid getting injuries and strain while working out. This plan is great as an add-on to your regular training routine - I personally like to do it at the end, to get an extra sweat in, and to fully relax and cool down my body!!
