BEGINNER WORKOUT PLAN
In this beginner plan, you will find everything you need to build a strong foundation of gym terminology and knowledge! The exercises will be mainly machine and dumbbell based, as these will help you grow your confidence in the gym environment much quicker, and it greatly decreases risk of improper form and injury!
