Here we have 30 techniques which are aimed to teach good footwork, great punching and kick, along with elbows, knees, head butts and shoulder barges!
My name is Rob Phelps and I'm passionate about Traditional Japanese Ju Jitsu.
I'm a 6th dan in Japanese Ju Jitsu which is a great way to keep fit, to find focus and is absolutely fantastic for SELF DEFENCE.

Ju Jitsu contains a large variety of techniques including;
- Strikes - punches, kicks, elbows, knees
- Throws – e.g. Hip throw (ogoshi) and body drop (tai otoshi)
- Joint locks – joint manipulations, throws, locks and take downs
- Groundwork – Locks, strangles & counters
- pressure points - Atemi strikes, vulnerable areas, how and where to strike
