Choose a fingering weight yarn with a good bounce and recovery, and a fine laceweight silk mohair blend with a high silk content.
Tension 26 sts x 38 rows = 10 cm / 4 in in stocking stitch, using larger needles and fingering yarn, after blocking. 26 sts x 29 rows = 10 cm / 4 in lace pattern, us- ing larger needles and lace yarn, after blocking. To achieve the correct fit ensure that you have the stitch tension correct for the stocking stitch in fingering yarn. The lace stitch can be blocked to size.
