This workshop will provides practical tips on:
- How to stay balanced and energised through the festive season.
- Simple self-care practices to manage winter’s challenges.
- Tools for setting up a healthy and joyful start to the New Year.
You will receive access to an hour long video with national tutor and presenter Jo Everill-Taylor.
Jo will help you explore what self-care is, the different elements that make up self-care and lead you though your workbooks filled with activities and exercises to help you stay focused on wellness in the months ahead.
The workshop finishes with a short mindful seated stretch and relax session.
