Kachemak Quartets - easy string quartet sheet music

The Kachemak Quartets were composed as a companion pack for the beginner pieces, 'Kachemak Preludes' .

Using the same musical material, the simple melodies from the Preludes are extended into five short string quartet pieces. The idea behind this was to show beginner musicians that they are part of a broad learning curve, and also to teach listening skills - beginners learning the Preludes can listen out for familiar melodies in the Quartets.
