Q: Do I need special equipment or a powerlifting gym?
No. Your program is built around the equipment you have access to, commercial gym, home gym, or powerlifting facility. The plan adapts to YOUR environment.
Q: How often do I check in with you?
You’ll complete weekly check-ins, where we review your training, progress, nutrition, recovery, and mental state. Based on this, your program is adjusted to keep you progressing.
Q: How do form checks work?
You’ll send me videos of your lifts, and I’ll break down technique, bar path, bracing, weak points, and positioning so you can lift safer and stronger.
Q: Will my plan change over time?
Yes — your plan updates based on your progress, performance, and feedback. Nothing is static. Your program evolves as you get stronger.

Beginners are welcome. You’ll receive simple, clear instructions, structured progression, and technique guidance so you can build a strong foundation quickly.

Perfect. As a ranked powerlifter who trains with national champions daily, I tailor your peaking, progression, and technique to match competitive standards.

Your nutrition guidance adapts to your goals, fat loss, maintenance, or muscle gain. You’ll know exactly how to eat for your specific phase.
Q: How fast will I see results?
Most clients see noticeable improvements in strength, technique, or muscle size within 4–8 weeks, depending on their effort, consistency, and recovery.

You’ll have direct messaging access for questions, updates, and support anytime you need it.
