I’m a 21-year-old competitive powerlifter with a 711kg total at 83kg bodyweight and a #1 state ranking, but my real mission goes far beyond my own numbers.
I want to help lifters make the most progress possible in the shortest amount of time by giving them the structure, knowledge, and systems that lead to truly optimal results.
Over the past 5 years, I’ve trained alongside state and national champions, refining my technique, sharpening my programming, and learning what actually builds strength, not in theory, but under the bar, every single day.
