This book grew out of more than thirty years of professional experience working with voice, combined with a deep study of the science behind how the body responds to stress. In March 2026, author Millian Quinteros delivered a TEDx talk titled "Your Voice Is the Audible Sound of Your Nervous System" at TEDx Las Vegas Academy, introducing this concept to a live audience for the first time. This book is the full system behind that idea.
