Download ZIP > extract the files > open START_HERE.html in a current desktop browser > add your records > back up JSON frequently.

This is an HTML browser app, NOT an Excel workbook. Email notifications, scheduled reminders, message sending, mobile syncing and cloud backups are NOT included. Data is stored locally in browser storage, so make regular JSON backups. Sample names and figures are fictional.
